Automatex builds software for teams that run AI agents on real work: support replies, project updates, onboarding, and approvals. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, request a demo, join the waitlist, or pay for a plan.

What we collect

We only ask for details we need to reply, open an account, or complete a payment.

• Name, work email, company, phone, and the message you send from contact or demo forms.
• Billing details you enter at checkout: address, city, and ZIP code, plus the plan and amount.
• A payment reference from our UPI partner. We do not store your UPI PIN or full card number.
• Basic technical logs, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use this information to answer you, provision the plan you bought, send a receipt, and improve the product. Customer content you connect to an agent — docs, tickets, and policies — is used to run that agent for your team. We do not use your workspace data to train public models.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that deliver the product: email delivery for form replies and receipts, and the UPI payment partner that collects the rupee amount you confirm at checkout. We do not sell contact lists.

1. You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
2. You can ask us to correct or delete a form submission or waitlist entry.
3. You can stop newsletter mail from the same address you used to sign up.
4. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require.
